Hi My name is Cyndi ( Cynthia ) Nobili. I was born and raised and educated right here in Palm Beach County.

I've been a Realtor for 16+ years and I have loved every minute of it.... almost every minute LOL. I became Realtor in 2004 prior to that I was a substance abuse counselor.

About six months after I became a Realtor the market went crazy it was as I like to say " Elevator to the top , full speed ahead!" It was a market that was insane ,I could put a house on at 9 am and it was sold by 10 am it was insane and great...... until it was not.

The forclosure market hit and it hit HARD! It's like the old saying "What goes up must come down" and did it ever come down.......

I have to say honestly the foreclosure/short sale market is where I became a great Realtor. I had to really be a thinking agent able to advocate for my clients whether they where buying, selling or renting. I had to be at the top of my game. We all made it through some better then others. The market never really was the same after that though and niether was I.

Fast forward to 2020 and a our little friend ( not ) COVID 19 shows up and shows out. 2020 turned the Real Estate market on its ear in ways that I nor anyone else could imagine. It was a wild ride that has just finally slowed down.

What I have leaned is that as an agent I can make a great difference in my clients lives and in their families lives. That difference can either be a good one or bad one. I choose that it will be a good one.

If you are looking for an agent who will listen to you and give you the best guidance possible even when its hard I am the agent for you. I promise you will want to reffer me to everyone you know , because when it comes to finding a home I believe everyone deserves a great home, and deserve to be treat as such whether they are buying , renting,selling or relocating.
